Real Partnerships Create Real Value

Lenox West Capital is an integrated investment management company that executes various commercial real estate strategies on behalf of family office investors. Lenox West Capital and its investment team have a deep and proud heritage within the real estate sector that can be traced back nearly six decades.

Innovative Approach
Lenox West Capital has three core investment principles that guide our business.
Long-term outlook of a family office with the rigorous competencies of a private equity investor, backed by a nimble and proactive approach to our business.
Practical, opportunistic and decisive decision-making, enabling us to zero in on select opportunities that generate compelling risk-adjusted returns, as opposed to being pressured to hit certain investment horizons.
Investments in a vast range of commercial real estate strategies across multiple asset classes and geographies, targeting opportunities that offer long-term compounding returns and are solidly positioned for growth.
